JTech Mechanical started as one shop in Magnolia and grew into a crew that now covers seventeen towns across Houston North. The company is still family owned and still run out of that same building at 40627 FM 149 Rd. Nothing about why the door opens each morning has changed since the first year.
How it started
Family owned meant something specific here
Joey opened JTech Mechanical in 2007 on FM 149 in Magnolia. The company still describes itself as family owned and customer focused, and the roster backs it up: names that answered the phone a decade ago still answer it today.
The company’s own closing line on its About page is short: “We make cozy happen.” The staff wear shoe coverings inside a home or business during installation so a repair doesn’t turn into a cleanup job, and the shop takes the position that there’s no job too big or too small for the crew working out of one address.

Who actually shows up
The names behind the number you call
Joey owns the company and still works it day to day. Brittany runs the office, so if you call during business hours she’s usually the first voice you hear. David manages the service side, Dean is one of the technicians in the field, and dispatch runs through Louis, Melissa and a second Brittany, so more than one person on staff answers to that name.
JTech is a Lennox Premier Dealer and has received the Dave Lennox Award. The company holds ACCA membership, and its technicians carry NATE and ICE certification on top of the state licence. That licence, TACLB27421E, is painted on both service vans.
